1. The plaintiff's claims against the defendants are all dismissed.

2. The costs of lawsuit shall be borne by the Plaintiff.

1. Basic facts

A. On November 6, 2012, F Co., Ltd. (1) the promotion of the E hotel construction project and the establishment of the Plaintiff (hereinafter “instant land”) Company G, H, and I (hereinafter “instant land”).

2) After completing the registration of transfer of ownership with respect to the foregoing land, E’s new hotel construction project (hereinafter “instant project”) shall be the project site, and the above hotel shall be “instant hotel”.

B) Around September 2013, 2013, while continuing to proceed, J discontinued the company’s trade name as “K” (hereinafter “K”).

2) On December 18, 2013, the instant land was transferred to Editude Holdings Co., Ltd. (hereinafter “Editude Holdings”) on December 18, 2013.

After that, the J borrowed KRW 85 million from the funds relating to the establishment of a corporation in charge of enforcement affairs instead of providing Defendant B with an opportunity to participate in the instant project in the course of re-promotion of the instant project, and established the Plaintiff on August 28, 2014, and Defendant B was appointed as the representative director of the Plaintiff.

B. Defendant B entered into a contract for a hotel exhibition hall for the construction work (hereinafter “L”) with the trade name “L” on August 7, 2014, prior to the Plaintiff’s establishment, Defendant B is called “BA” (hereinafter “BA”).

(2) On September 8, 2014, the Plaintiff entered into a contract with Defendant C (hereinafter “Defendant Company”) for the same work as the instant contract with respect to the instant work, which was entered into with the hotel exhibition hall and outside interior and outside interior interior interior interior interior of the hotel, with the contract amount of KRW 569,360,00,00 and the construction period of KRW 8,00 from August 8, 2014 to September 25, 2014 (hereinafter “the first contract”).
