1. The reasons for the court's explanation concerning this case are as follows: the Gyeonggi-do Local Land Expropriation Committee of the second 12 of the judgment of the first instance is as follows; the fourth 7 to 15 of the judgment of the first instance is dismissed as "a cancellation or nullification confirmation"; the fourth 6th 6th 6th 7th 7th 7th 7th 7th 7th of the judgment of the first instance is as stated in Article 8 (2) of the Administrative Litigation Act and the main sentence of Article 420 of the Civil Procedure Act. Thus, the court's explanation concerning this case is as follows.

C) According to Article 83(2) and (3) of the Land Compensation Act, a person who is dissatisfied with an adjudication rendered by a local Land Tribunal under Article 34 may raise an objection to the Central Land Tribunal through the relevant local Land Tribunal within 30 days from the date of receiving the authentic copy of the adjudication. According to Article 85(1) of the same Act, a project operator, landowner or person concerned may file an administrative litigation within 60 days from the date of receiving a written adjudication, and within 30 days from the date of receiving a written adjudication on the objection if he/she raised an objection, respectively. 2) The fact that the Defendant filed the instant adjudication on the expropriation of the objection on June 12, 2017 through the said written adjudication on the expropriation of the objection, after comprehensively taking account of the overall purport of entry and pleadings of evidence No. 4-1, No. 5, and No. 1067, Jun. 22, 2017; and the fact that the Plaintiffs sent the authentic copy of the adjudication to the Central Land Tribunal on June 17, 2017.

According to the above facts, the plaintiffs' objection against the acceptance ruling of this case is within the period of objection.
