The judgment below

Examining the evidence duly admitted by the first instance court, which maintained the reasoning, the lower court’s determination that each of the charges of this case against the Defendants is guilty on the grounds stated in its reasoning is acceptable.

In doing so, there is no error of law by misunderstanding facts beyond the bounds of the principle of free evaluation of evidence against logical and empirical rules, or by misapprehending the legal principles on perjury and no accusation.

Therefore, all appeals are dismissed. It is so decided as per Disposition by the assent of all participating Justices on the bench.
