1. The defendant shall pay 75,00,000 won to the plaintiff and 15% per annum from July 30, 2018 to the day of full payment.

1. Examining the facts of recognition as evidence No. 1 and the purport of the entire pleadings, it is recognized that the Plaintiff lent KRW 79,000,000 to the Defendant from May 22, 2018 to June 8, 2018, and received reimbursement of KRW 4,00,000 from the Defendant on June 2, 2018.

2. According to the above facts of recognition, the Defendant is obligated to pay to the Plaintiff the amount of KRW 75,000,000 (=79,000,000 - 4,000,000) and damages for delay calculated by the rate of 15% per annum under the Act on Special Cases concerning the Promotion, etc. of Affiliation from July 30, 2018 to the date of full payment, as sought by the Plaintiff.

3. The plaintiff's claim of this case is justified and it is so decided as per Disposition.
