Defendant
A and B Imprisonment with prison labor for six months, and for one year, each of the defendants C shall be punished by imprisonment.
However, from the date this judgment became final and conclusive, Defendant.
Reasons
Punishment of the crime
Defendant A and Defendant B are those operating a crymical news report room, and Defendant C is those operating a singing practice room.
1. Defendant A did not register with the competent authority, and around June 4, 2013, around 20:36, the Defendant: (a) opened a “L” in the same method as a nearby singing practice room in Ansan-gu, Ansan-si and arranged the Plaintiff for a fee of KRW 10,00,00,00 for each of the following reasons: (b) opened a “L” in the same way as a singing practice room; and (c) received a communication from C, the main business operator of the “K K King practice room” on the first floor of JJ, to send a letter to his mobile phone; and (d) received from around October 5, 2012 to July 23, 2013 to arrange for a fee of KRW 1,25,00,000 for each of the following reasons: (a) opened a “L” in the same way as a karaoke-gu, Ansan-si; and (e) received a recommendation for a fee of KRW 50,000 for each.
2. Defendant B did not register with the competent authority, and around 23:53 on May 25, 2013, the Defendant: (a) opened a “O” at the same method in the same way as a nearby singing practice room in Ansan-si, Ansan-si; (b) opened Makn-si, Busan-si, a single-name N, 40 women) on the board, and received contact from C, the owner of the business of Kkn-si, the first floor of JJ, to send the helper to his mobile phone; and (c) was able to get the helper on the way of arranging the helper for a fee by receiving KRW 7,00 from one hour to 25,00 for each other; and (d) opened the Kkn-si, Busan-si, and arranged for a fee by receiving KRW 7,00 for job placement under the pretext of placement.
3. Defendant C
(a) No person who operates a singing practice room business shall employ or arrange any entertainment loan with customers for the purpose of making profits to drink alcoholic beverages, sing or dance;
Nevertheless, on June 4, 2013, the Defendant is running at the K K K K K K K practice practice room operated by the Defendant of the first floor of the upper underground level of Ansan-si P in Ansan-si around 20:36.
