A defendant shall be punished by imprisonment for six months.

Punishment of the crime

On November 28, 2013, the Defendant was sentenced to imprisonment with prison labor and two years and six months in Daejeon District Court for fraud, etc., and the judgment became final and conclusive on February 17, 2014.

From September 2012 to January 31, 2013, the Defendant worked for the E-motor vehicle dealer operated by D located in Dong-gu, Dong-gu, Dong-gu, Seoul, and engaged in the middle and high-ranking trading intermediary business.

On January 7, 2013, the Defendant sold a G SP car owned by D to F and used it at will without giving D any payment, and then, used it at will. In order to raise money to D with the purchase price of the said car, the Defendant transferred the ownership of the said car under H name to H, and received the said car under H’s name.

1. Forgery of private documents;

A. On January 18, 2013, the Defendant forged the car transfer certificate: (a) using the computer at the office of the E-motor vehicle dealer located in the Dong-gu, Yong-gu, Yong-gu; (b) having I affix the H seal on the name of “H” by using the computer; (c) having I affix the car transfer certificate, J, transferee H, and transferee’s telephone number “K”; (d) the address of the transferee’s address (M apartment) No. 109 Dong-do; (c) the car registration number, N, tea name “N, 13,200,000 won; and (e) the car delivery date “H”.

Accordingly, for the purpose of exercising, the Defendant forged a motor vehicle transfer certificate in the name of H, a private document on rights and obligations.

B. On January 18, 2013, the Defendant forged a written application for the loan of Hyundai Capital, the Defendant: (a) had P, an employee of the OF, an employee of the EAF in the office of the EAF located in the Gangnam-gu Seoul Special Metropolitan City EAF on the application for the loan of Hyundai Capital, using a test color pen in the application for the loan of Hyundai Capital, using customer information “H”, resident registration number “ Q, home address/resident registration place” in Gyeonggi-do.
