Punishment of the crime

The defendant is a person who operates B Poter vehicles.

On May 15, 2018, the Defendant operated the 23:31, Daegu Seo-gu, Seo-gu, Seo-gu, Seoul, as B, and obstructed the traffic of the land along which vehicles freely pass through through the center of the side streets by extracting and lowering the kis of the opposite vehicle B on the ground that the opposite vehicle does not yield a driving.
