A defendant shall be punished by imprisonment for three years.

However, the execution of the above sentence shall be suspended for a period of five years from the date this judgment becomes final and conclusive.

Punishment of the crime

The defendant is not a person handling narcotics, but shall not import or administer a local mental medicine.

1. Import of philophones;

Accordingly, the Defendant imported approximately 0.5 grams, which is a local mental medicine.

B. The Defendant sent KRW 340,00,000 around April 29, 2018, around 20151, around 2018; and KRW 340,000, around 10,000, around 19:02 around May 19, 2018, to D, who is a foreigner-friendly foreigner-only foreigner residing in the Thailand of Thailand, by asking for writingphones, and by asking for writingphones through Ma, to deliver the writingphones to D through Ma, respectively.

Accordingly, H delivered the price of the said phiphone to D by an influenite method, D sent approximately 1.65g philopon to international mail from the Thai City on April 30, 2018, and the said philopon arrived at the Incheon International Airport in Nam-gu, Incheon, Incheon, as K on May 5, 2018.

Accordingly, the Defendant imported approximately 1.65 grams, which is a local mental medicine.

2. Medication of phiphones.

A. The Defendant, around the night on April 27, 2018, opened approximately 0.1g of the penphonephones on the top of the so-gu L apartment and m of the ancientyang-gu, Goyangyang-gu, the Defendant inhales them by promptly using the string of the smokes generated from the penphones, after cutting off approximately 0.1g of the penphones on the top of the string light.
