Defendant shall be punished by a fine of KRW 14 million.

If the defendant does not pay the above fine, KRW 100,000.

Punishment of the crime

The defendant is a person who is engaged in driving a B-S cruise cruise car.

1. On April 17, 2007, the defendant is a person who has received a summary order of a fine of one million won or more as a crime of violating the Road Traffic Act in an Ansan District Court of Suwon on April 17, 2007.
