Punishment of the crime

On June 22, 2016, the Defendant posted a false statement on the “SNS services” to “ 25,000 won” on the page North Korea. The Defendant reported and contacted the above writing to the victim B ( South, 16 years old) who first sent the sales proceeds, and then notified the account to the Defendant.”

However, the defendant sent an account even if he received the sales proceeds.

Accordingly, the defendant was given money and valuables by deceiving the victim.
