1. On February 15, 2019, the Seoul Family Court Decision 2018 Madan9608 (hereinafter “Seoul Family Court”) affixed a seal of approval on the case where a testamentary document is approved.
Reasons
1. Basic facts
A. The deceased C (hereinafter “the deceased”) died on June 28, 2018, and at the time of the deceased’s death, the deceased was the heir, who was the South-North E/W, the deceased, and the second South-North Defendant.
B. On December 18, 2018, the death of the deceased, the Seoul Family Court 2018 Ma9608, the Plaintiff applied for the approval seal of the testament certificate. On December 26, 2017, the name of the deceased, which was subject to the approval seal, is as follows (the title of the testament of this case consists of two pages.
