A defendant shall be punished by imprisonment for one year.

However, the execution of the above punishment shall be suspended for two years from the date this judgment becomes final and conclusive.

Punishment of the crime

1. Crimes committed on December 31, 2019;

A. Violation of the Act on the Aggravated Punishment, etc. of Specific Crimes (Death or Injury caused by Dangerous Driving) is a person driving B another car.

On December 31, 2019, the Defendant driven the said car with the blood alcohol concentration of 0.229% around 00:50 on December 31, 2019, and led the two-lane roads in front of the D in Sacheon City C to the direction of the riter private distance from the tri-distance flood.

B. Around 00:50 on December 31, 2019, the Defendant driven a motor vehicle B in the state of drinking in the state of alcohol with a blood alcohol concentration of 0.229% from the front side of the drinking alley in the Macheon-si, Macheon-si, Macheon-do to the place where the said accident occurred.

2. Although the Defendant was found to have been under the influence of alcohol as set forth in paragraph (1), the Defendant was under the influence of 03:24 on January 3, 2020 from the front of “H” located in G in the Government-Si around 03:24 on January 3, 2020 to the first road of the same city, J New F&L 0.169% under the influence of alcohol level from about 1km to the first road of the same city.
