Defendant shall be punished by a fine of KRW 500,000.

If the defendant fails to pay the above fine, 50,000 won shall be one day.

Punishment of the crime

On August 21, 2013, at around 00:15, the Defendant: (a) brought a dispute with the victim D (n, 29 years of age) and motion pictures of the Daegu East-gu Water Circulation 189, on the ground that the Defendant was unable to smoked to the victim; (b) went home while demanding the victim to get off and get off the taxi; (c) but the victim refused to get off the taxi; (d) while the Defendant forced the victim to get off the taxi by getting off and getting off the taxi outside of the front knife, the Defendant sawd the victim on the treatment date on the left knee.
