1. The Defendant: 5% per annum from September 12, 2018 to February 6, 2020 on the Plaintiff’s KRW 120,000 and the following.

Description of Claim

On October 17, 2017, the Plaintiff leased the 4th class of Cheongju-gu Seoul detached Housing from the Defendant during the period from October 31, 2017 to October 30, 2019 the deposit amount of KRW 150 million. The Plaintiff paid KRW 150 million to the Defendant.

Since the above lease agreement terminated on October 30, 2019 upon the expiration of the lease term, and the Plaintiff delivered the leased object to the Defendant, the Defendant is obligated to pay the Plaintiff the compensation for delay after September 12, 2018, seeking by the Plaintiff among the lease deposit and after the delivery date of the leased object.
