Reasons

Punishment of the crime

From September 4, 2001 to March 9, 2018, the Defendant is the victim C Co., Ltd. (the location of the headquarters: D, purpose of establishment: Mining Development) and the victim E Co., Ltd. In addition, from January 16, 2018 to January 16, 2018, the Defendant released 691,000,000 won in total on 95 occasions or transferred 691,00,000 won in cash to an account under the name of the Defendant, and embezzled the property of the victim in his/her occupational custody for personal purposes, such as the Defendant’s living cost.
