Punishment of the crime

On December 21, 2015, around 21:20 on December 21, 2015, the Defendant collected the Defendant’s workplace in front of the office of the D Mountain Association located in Nam-gu Incheon Metropolitan City, and the victim E (58 tax) and collected money borrowed from the Defendant.

The victim's face and breast part were flicked about six times with the floor and drinking.
