Defendant shall be punished by a fine of KRW 1,000,000.

If the defendant does not pay the above fine, 50,000 won.

Punishment of the crime

From July 30, 2008 to August 23, 2013, the Defendant provided meals to customers who have provided meals, such as table table, cooling house, gas bags, etc., without reporting general restaurant business, and operated general restaurants by cooking and selling the chickens of an average of KRW 100,000 per day.
