Punishment of the crime

Defendant

A is the owner of the road site in F in Gyeonggi-do, and Defendant B is the manager of “H” who owns the road site in G.

On July 2013, the Defendants conspired to interfere with the passage between the victim’s housing and the road by installing fences on the boundary of the victim’s housing site and the site of the road, by taking advantage of the fact that the victim I was aware of the fact that he newly constructed a house to J and damaged the view of the Defendant A’s housing located in the following parts, and obstructed the entrance door of the “H” located in the vicinity, and that there was a dispute between the victim and the victim’s housing to access the victim’s house.

On July 20, 2013, and October 12, 2013, the Defendants installed a steel fence on the boundary between the F road owned by Defendant A and the victim’s housing at two times, and the victim continued access and construction using G road, and the victim installed a new steel fence on the boundary between G, F road and the victim’s housing around March 18, 2014.

As a result, the Defendants conspired to interfere with the victim's new house construction work.
