1. The Defendant’s KRW 293,079,00 for the Plaintiff and KRW 5% per annum from December 8, 2009 to March 21, 2014.

1. Facts of recognition;

A. On May 8, 200, the Defendant obtained the authorization of an implementation plan for the construction project of D transfer parking lots, an urban planning project, on the whole land of 1,079 square meters prior to the annexation (hereinafter “land prior to the annexation”), and publicly announced as E on November 10, 200, the Defendant received a ruling of expropriation from the local Land Tribunal of Gyeonggi-do with respect to the land prior to the merger owned by the Plaintiff on November 30, 200, with the compensation amounting to 94,250,650 won, and the commencement date of expropriation as of November 30, 200.

Accordingly, the defendant around that time deposited the compensation money with the plaintiff as the deposited person, and completed the registration of ownership transfer on the land before the merger on December 5, 200.

B. On March 31, 2005, the Defendant completed the construction work of a transfer parking lot on the land unit prior to the annexation, and changed the land category of the land prior to the annexation from “former” to “parking lot,” and on July 8, 2005, the land prior to the annexation was combined into the F parking lot 6,201 square meters (hereinafter “parking lot land”).

C. On June 1, 2007, the Defendant announced the execution plan for the small river as of June 24, 2007, the scheduled date for the commencement of the construction work as the king-si and the Korea National Housing Corporation (the Korea National Housing Corporation was newly established and merged with the Korea Land and Housing Corporation on October 1, 2009) by including 2,297 square meters, etc. in the area of the parking lot land as the H improvement project site among the area of the parking lot land in G-do-si, G-si, which was announced on June 1, 2007, and the scheduled date for completion as of December 31, 2008.

On April 7, 2008, the defendant announced that the area to be incorporated into the parking lot land should be 2,620 square meters, and the completion completion completion completion plan should be changed on December 31, 2009, respectively.

E. On June 18, 2008, the Defendant divided the parking lot land into F 3,554 square meters (hereinafter “instant road site”) and B parking lot 2,647 square meters (hereinafter “the instant small river site”).

F. On June 19, 2008, the Defendant rendered a decision on urban planning facilities, which incorporate the instant road site into “3-35 as it is,” etc., by the JJ’s announcement of the king-si.
