Punishment of the crime

The Defendant is a person who is engaged in driving a ESFM car.

On January 30, 2014, from around 03:00 to 06:00 of the same day, the Defendant drank one disease in the family of the Defendant’s friendship located in the fluoral basin in Seocheon-si, Seocheon-si, Seocheon-si, and was in difficult to drive normally due to the influence of alcohol because the Defendant was unable to take sufficient rest.
