A defendant shall be punished by imprisonment for six months.
except that the execution of the above punishment shall be suspended for two years from the date this judgment becomes final and conclusive.

Reasons
Punishment of the crime
"2014 Highest 662"
1. On February 25, 2014, the Defendant: (a) had the victim B found a person to take over the “D” restaurant in Ycheon City C; and (b) had the victim take the key from the victim by seeking to take over the restaurant at around that time; and (c) had the victim receive the key from the victim by examining the inside of the restaurant and changing the key of the entrance door to conduct cleaning.
At around 17:00 on February 28, 2014, the Defendant used the crepan in the above restaurant as if he was the owner of the above restaurant, and caused E business owner F and G business owner H, a seller of used goods, and caused one ice air conditioning in an amount equivalent to KRW 600,000,000, the market price of the victim in the above restaurant, and caused one ice ice ice in an amount of KRW 650,000,000,000, the market price of which is equivalent to KRW 400,000,000,000,000, and 150,000,000,000, in the following day: (a) the Defendant used the crepan in the above restaurant, and used the crepan in the above restaurant as if he was the owner of the above restaurant; and (b) the Defendant used the cargo to load 10,000,000,00 won.
3. 1. At around 10:00, the victim-owned market value was 1.1 million won, and at least 1.1 billion won, the victim-owned land was loaded into the IF-owned I-owned cargo vehicle.
Accordingly, the Defendant stolen a restaurant house such as a c.2 million won in total, which is the victim's market price.
2. On February 2014, the Defendant against the Victim K calls to the victim K, who operates the “L” glass, and said, “I want to operate a restaurant in Korea,” and following the day, I would like to normally pay the amount when I would like to pay the victim when I would like to run the “D” restaurant in the above paragraph 1. However, there was no intention or ability to pay the amount.
