1. Basic facts

A. The status B of the parties is a licensed real estate agent who runs real estate brokerage business under the trade name of "D Licensed Real Estate Agent Office" in Jinju City. The defendant is a mutual-aid contractor who entered into a mutual-aid agreement with the parties to a transaction with the scope of KRW 100,000,000, when B intentionally or negligently causes property damage to the parties to the transaction in performing real estate brokerage activities.
