Punishment of the crime

1. Defendant A

가. 상해 피고인은 2012. 11. 26. 17:10경 군산시 C 식당에서, 종업원인 피해자 D(여, 30세)이 피고인이 술에 취하였다는 이유로 술을 주지 않자, 손으로 피해자의 머리채를 잡고 주먹으로 피해자의 얼굴 부위를 수회 때리고, 이를 말리던 임산부인 피해자 E(여, 30세)의 왼쪽 옆구리를 발로 수회 걷어찼다.

2. Defendant B

A. B. The Defendant publicly insulting the victims by publicly insulting the victim’s slope G by the Fagu Police Station Fagum that was called out after receiving a report by 112 among several persons, including the date, time, place, and restaurant employees, as stated in the paragraph (a) of 1, stating that “Cunchers, the name of the fagum is assigned, and whether the internal body would be the same.”
