Defendant

A shall be punished by a fine for negligence of KRW 6,000,000, and by a fine of KRW 5,000,000.

The above fine is imposed against the Defendants.

Punishment of the crime

1. If the defendant A finds cultural heritage sealed in the land, seabed, or structure, etc., he/she shall report the discovery to the Administrator of the Cultural Heritage Administration that it was discovered that it was not changed, and shall not transport the excavated cultural heritage with or without compensation, knowing the fact thereof;

Nevertheless, the Defendant: (a) around 14:00 on the first day of November 200, when D, E, and F moved F from the sea to the sea level, from the port of the C, C, E, and E’s equipment for scood ice scood, and lebbbbbbes (air scoodbbes) to the sea; (b) discovered the buried cultural heritage assets of the B, which were buried on the bottom surface of the sea at four meters in the depth of the water, from the point of time to the point of time; (c) discovered the buried cultural heritage assets of the C, C, C, and C, C, and C, C, and C, and C, while transporting them to the sea level; and (d) stored and kept them in the office of G, from the date and time to March 2010.
