A defendant shall be punished by imprisonment for not less than two years and six months.

However, the execution of the above punishment shall be suspended for three years from the date this judgment becomes final and conclusive.

Punishment of the crime

The Defendant is a person working as an electronic practical assistant who performs duties such as installation, repair, and management of equipment at D elementary schools from September 10, 2012 to October 19, 2015.

Victim E (n, 9 years of age), Victim F (n, 10 years of age), Victim G (n, 10 years of age), and Victim H (n, 10 years of age) were students in the fourth grade of the above elementary school from March 2015 to October 15, 2015, and the Defendant was working in the computer room from around 08:40 on every week excluding the vacation period to October 10, 2015, and the Defendant was working in the computer room from around 08:40 to around 09:00, and the Defendant supervised the victims by cleaning the computer room in the computer room, and the victim I (n, 12 years of age) was able to take part in the computer room or take part in the school programs, and the victim I (n, 12 years of age) was disadvantageous to the victims.

1. From March 2015 to July 2015, the Defendant committed the crime against the victim E: (a) at around 12:00, a 12:00 a day from which the date between them cannot be known; (b) the victim’s son’s son’s son’s son’s son’s son’s son’s son’s son’s son’s son’s son’s son’s son’s son’s son.

Accordingly, the defendant committed an indecent act against the victim under 13 years of age.

2. The Defendant committed the crime against the Victim F with the victim F, who was in the way of passage between the computer books in the said computer room from March 2015 to July 2015 to from around 08:40 to around 09:00 of the same day, committed the victim’s own knift with the victim’s knife.

Accordingly, the defendant committed an indecent act against the victim under 13 years of age.

3. The Defendant committed a crime against the victim H during the period from 08:40 to 09:00 of the same day, on which the date of July 2015 is unknown.
