Defendant shall be punished by a fine of seven million won.

If the defendant does not pay the above fine, KRW 100,000.

Punishment of the crime

On December 12, 2007, the Defendant was sentenced to a fine of two million won for a violation of road traffic law (drinking driving) in the Daegu District Court Kimcheon Branch of the Daegu District Court on December 12, 2007, and the above court on September 9, 2009 to a suspended sentence of two years for the same crime.

Although the Defendant had been able to drive alcohol twice or more as above, on November 5, 2016, the Defendant driven Cpoter II cargo vehicles under the influence of alcohol content of about 0.051% from the 1km section from the front side of the city in which Tae-dong, Tae-gu, Tae-dong, Tae-gu, Daegu to the front side of the Central Highway at the same location until about 0.051% of alcohol content in the blood.
