Punishment of the crime

The Defendant, who is a head of one-person C and D, established a floating corporation with E (one person F head), opened an account under the name of his/her old legal entity, and recruited to transfer the cards, OTP, and passwords related to the account to the operators of his/her illegal gambling site.
