A defendant shall be punished by imprisonment for four months.

However, the execution of the above punishment shall be suspended for two years from the date this judgment becomes final and conclusive.

Punishment of the crime

1. At around 07:40 on March 15, 2013, the Defendant: (a) stolen the victim B; (b) brought about one gas tank at the market price equivalent to KRW 70,00,00 in the victim B, which was installed on the side of the “Dcosmetic” building located in Guro-si, Seoul; and (c) stolen the victim B.

2. On March 15, 2013, around 07:48, the Defendant: (a) stolen one of the hives board (a) equivalent to KRW 100,000,00, at the victim E-owned market price located in the “G” in Gumi-si F, Gumi-si; (b) was stolen.
