A defendant shall be punished by imprisonment for not less than one year and six months.

Punishment of the crime

On August 31, 2010, the Defendant was sentenced to two years of imprisonment with prison labor for 8 months at the Seoul Eastern District Court for fraud, and the said judgment became final and conclusive on January 7, 201, and on June 14, 2013, the Seoul Central District Court sentenced three years and six months of imprisonment with prison labor for fraud at the Seoul Central District Court, and the said judgment became final and conclusive on December 26, 2013.

1. On October 2007, the Defendant made a false statement to the effect that “The Defendant is the representative of the implementer of the apartment complex in the distribution future, and is a person who has a fluorial relationship with the fluor in the refining and re-building.” From among the total amount of 44 square and 34 square and 44 square and 44 square and 34 million square and 1 square and 22,000 square and 2,000 square and 2,000 square and 2,000 square and 34 square and 8 square and 2,000 square meters are transferred to the victim E.

9. 8.6 million won, 20 million won on August 2, 198; and 90 million won on October 31 of the same year; and

4. 20.92 million won, per year.

7.15.7 million won, 29.20 million won per month, and the same year;

9. A total of KRW 641 million, including KRW 33 million, was issued.

2. On May 2009, the Defendant made a false statement to the effect that “The victim F was on the right side of the President, and is aware of the fact that he/she was on the land of the political party in the Han River Park LLC located in Yeongdeungpo-gu Seoul, Yeongdeungpo-gu, Seoul.” Using this position, the Defendant made it possible for the victim F to cancel the green belt on the land of the political party. The Defendant sent money for its expenses.”

However, the defendant will cancel the green belt on the above land.
