Some of the dismissal (Defendant A corporation, B) recognized the statutory interest rate of Article 3(1) main sentence of Article 3(1) of the Act on Special Cases concerning Expedition, etc. of Legal Proceedings and enforced from May 21, 2019 as the provisions governing the statutory interest rate were amended and promulgated on June 1, 2019, only the damages for delay calculated at the rate of 15% per annum from the day following the date of service of the copy of the complaint of this case until May 31, 2019, and the rate of 12% per annum from the next day to the date of full payment, and dismissed the excess portion.
