Defendant shall be punished by imprisonment with prison labor of one year and six months and by a fine of three hundred thousand won.

The defendant does not pay the above fine.

On December 18, 2019, the Defendant filed a summary order of KRW 1 million with the Jeju District Court on December 18, 2019.

Criminal facts

1. Around 05:30 on December 31, 2019, the Defendant driven a F K-5 vehicle while under the influence of alcohol content 0.184%, even though the driving license was suspended on a section of approximately 100 meters from the C Intersection located in Seopopo City B to the E-road located in D at the same time.

2. On March 8, 2020, the Defendant violated the Road Traffic Act (unlicensed Driving) and the Road Traffic Act from around 08:59 to around 09:03 on March 8, 2020, the Defendant violated the method of overtaking the vehicle stop signal of the intersection 4 times while driving a vehicle at the intersection 110B 108, and driving a vehicle at the intersection 108, the vehicle stop signal of the intersection 108, while driving a vehicle at the right side of the preceding vehicle and driving a vehicle at the intersection 7937 at the same time to turn to the left, and driving a vehicle at the same time and moving to the intersection before K at the same time, and driving the vehicle again at the intersection 7:0,000, the Defendant violated the former 3:0,000,000 driver’s license of the vehicle at the right side of the bus which was suspended pursuant to the new subparagraph (hereinafter “former 3:0,000,000).
