The punishment of the accused shall be four months by imprisonment.

The Defendant came to fall from the victim C from around 2005 to around 2010 to about 5 years at the request of the victim.

질에서 질질 싸더라' 라는 문자를 보내는 등 피해자로 하여금 공포심을 유발하게 하는 문자를 반복적으로 송신함과 동시에 피해 자가 피고인의 눈에 띌 경우 피해자의 생명 또는 신체에 위해를 가할 것처럼 겁을 주어 피해자를 협박하였다.
