Reasons
Punishment of the crime
The defendant is a person who is engaged in driving a car in Cknife.
1. On May 3, 2018, the Defendant was under the influence of alcohol at around 07:35 on May 3, 2018, the Defendant driven the knife car from the Yeonsu-gu Yeonsudong Hospital in Yeonsu-gu, Incheon to about 3km distance from the same Gu Cheongnam University to the same Gu Cheongnam University.
2.
