Punishment of the crime

Social work personnel shall not desert from their service for at least eight days in total without justifiable grounds.

The Defendant, from May 25, 2017 to the “C Library” located in Kimpo-si B, was designated as a social work personnel at the “C Library,” and the Defendant, from April 5, 2018 to August 18 of the same month, did not work for 10 days without justifiable grounds.
