Defendant shall be punished by a fine of KRW 10 million.

If the defendant does not pay the above fine, KRW 100,000.

Punishment of the crime

1. On January 17, 2020, the Defendant was issued a summary order of KRW 3 million as a crime of violating the Road Traffic Act by the Seoul Western District Court.

On November 10, 2020, at around 23:10, the Defendant driven a D 5 car under the influence of alcohol with approximately 2 km alcohol concentration of about 0.096% from around the station of the Bupyeong-dong Bupyeong-gu Incheon Bupyeong-gu, Incheon to the front road of the Gu C in the same Gu.

Accordingly, the Defendant violated the prohibition of drinking alcohol driving regulations not less than twice.

2. On the day specified in paragraph 1, the Defendant driven the said vehicle without obtaining a driver’s license from around about 2 km to around C in the region near the Bupyeong-dong Bupyeong-gu Incheon Metropolitan City Bupyeong-gu, Incheon, to the front road located in the same Gu.
