Punishment of the crime

1. On August 22, 2013, the Defendant taken a photograph of the 20 bridges of female victims whose names cannot be known, which suffered from the short of 20 mobile phone cameras in the electric car that is in operation as a new cream station in the red-line of subway No. 2. 16:11.

2. At around 18:49 on the same day, the Defendant taken twice the 20 female victim’s her son who suffered a cell phone camera at the same place.

3. At around 18:50 on the same day, the Defendant taken a photograph of 20 female victims’ bridges whose names cannot be known, which suffered from a short 20 cellular cameras in the electric trains operating in the red-in zone from the dynamic stations of subway 2.

4. At around 18:51 on the same day, the Defendant taken the 20 side of a female victim’s bridge where the name of 20 mobile camera was entered from the waiting rooms of subway 2 lines in Mapo-gu Seoul Mapo-gu, with a short half of the mobile camera.

5. At around 18:52 on the same day, the Defendant taken a picture of 20 female victims, whose names are unknown from the stairs of the exit of the above red-in zone, to the cellular camera, in which her 20 lux is unknown.

Accordingly, the defendant taken photographs against the will of another person who could cause sexual humiliation or sexual humiliation using a camera.
