1. The Plaintiff:

A. Defendant A shall have jurisdiction over the real estate listed in Section 1 of the attached Table 1 by the Changwon District Court.

A) In order to construct four row houses with the fourth floor above the ground, the building owner was changed several times thereafter, and on June 21, 2002, the construction contents were changed to the construction of 80 households with the third floor above the ground.
