When the defendant does not pay the above fine, 100,000 won.

Punishment of the crime

On April 14, 2014, the Defendant, while under the influence of alcohol level of 00:25% from the blood alcohol level on around 00:127% on Apr. 14, 2014, the Defendant driven a two-wheeled vehicle from the front of the “Korea Light Street” in 5-44, 107, Jung-gu, Incheon, Jung-gu, Jung-gu, Incheon, to the front of the “airport Zone” in 27, 12, the front of the “Airport Zone”.
