1. Facts of recognition;

A. The Defendant School Foundation B (hereinafter “Defendant Corporation”) as a party is a private school corporation which establishes and operates the D University. Defendant C is a professor at the D University Management Graduate School and the E-School Representative (President) who is a professor at D University Management Graduate School and led to the recruitment and operation of the F course established by D University Management Graduate School.

The plaintiffs are those who operate a private teaching institute or kindergarten for children and have completed the above F course.

B. The establishment of the F course and the completion of the Plaintiffs’ completion 1) AD University’s management graduate school, which belongs to Defendant Corporation, established a new course of study (child psychological treatment) and recruited students on October 14, 2012. The main contents are as follows. In particular, the Defendants, after completing the F course and completing the special program, may obtain a “child psychological clinic 2” certificate through a qualification examination. If they meet certain requirements thereafter, they can obtain a “child psychological clinic 1” and “child psychological treatment specialist” certificate. 1.
