1. Around March 2013, the Defendant made a false statement to the effect that “If he/she made an investment in the operation of the Gimpo F Child Care Center, he/she will make monthly profits every month to the victim E, who is a child care teacher, at the D Child Care Center located in Nam-gu Incheon Metropolitan City.”
However, at the time, the defendant did not have any intention or ability to operate a child-care center because he/she did not have any funds to take over the child-care center.
Nevertheless, the Defendant, as such, by deceiving the victim, received a total of KRW 193,00,000 from March 29, 2013 to April 22, 2014 from the victim.
2. Around December 24, 2013, the Defendant made a false statement to the effect that “The Defendant would make monthly profits if he/she made an investment in the operation of the GFF,” to the victim I, who is a child care teacher, at H childcare center located in Nam-gu Incheon Metropolitan City G.”
However, at the time, the defendant did not have any intention or ability to operate a child-care center because he/she did not have any funds to take over the child-care center.
Nevertheless, the Defendant, by deceiving the victim, received KRW 30,000,000 from the victim’s position.
3. On March 24, 2014, the Defendant made a false statement to the effect that “The Defendant would give monthly profits to the VictimJ, if he/she made an investment in the operation of the Gimyang F Child Care Center,” in the vicinity of the Nam-gu Incheon Arts.
However, at the time, the defendant did not have any intention or ability to operate a child-care center because he/she did not have any funds to take over the child-care center.
Nevertheless, the Defendant, by deceiving the victim, received 5,000,000 won from the victim’s position.
4. On May 27, 2014, the Defendant would make every month an investment in order to operate the GGF to the victim K in the vicinity of the Nam-gu Incheon Arts Complex.
