Punishment of the crime

Even if the Defendant is not a narcotics handler, from April 1, 2017 to June 14:00, the Defendant cultivated marijuana 1,687 shares in the surrounding areas, such as the Marsh and back dry field owned by the Defendant of the Republic of Korea, and cultivated marijuana 1,687 shares in the territory of the Defendant of the Republic of Korea.
