A defendant shall be punished by imprisonment for six months.

However, the execution of the above punishment shall be suspended for two years from the date this judgment becomes final and conclusive.

Punishment of the crime

At around 20:10 on July 2, 2014, the Defendant: (a) stated that, around 20:10 on July 2, 2014, the Defendant: (b) sent a warning to the head of the Sungdong Police Station C police box around 1905, and around 503, the head of the Dongdong Police Station C police box around 1905, 503, the Defendant sent a warning to “I am, I am,” and (b) took the surrounding areas of the said victim D (the age of 31) as head, and took one time at the right side of the victim’s inside part.

As a result, the Defendant interfered with the legitimate execution of duties by police officers concerning criminal investigation and maintenance of order, and at the same time, the Defendant inflicted an injury on the victim, such as safe-face scambling and scambling.
