The prosecution of this case is dismissed.

1. Facts charged;

A. On February 2015, 2015, the Defendant: (a) notified the Defendant’s livestock shed located in Chungcheongnam-dong, Chungcheongnam-dong, Chungcheongnam-do; (b) the Defendant informed the Defendant’s wife that the victim D (the age of 63) was in a badial relationship with the Defendant’s wife; (c) the Defendant provided that “The Victim was inside of the Victim E (the Victim’s son) who was inside of the body of the Defendant’s wife.”

Around that time, “the victim was threatened by sending the text message as above to the victim.”

B. The Defendant, on April 2015, destroyed the reputation of the victim by openly pointing out the mobile phone images taken by the victim’s body, etc. to the effect that the victim and the Defendant are in infinites, G Assembly members located in the F of the Chungcheongnam-dong, Chungcheongnam-dong, Chungcheongnam-do, 2015, and H, the victim’s seat, was infinite.

2) On May 2015, the Defendant: (a) displayed mobile phone images taken by the victim’s b body before the J, etc. to the police officer I located in Chungcheongnam-dong I, Chungcheongnam-do; and (b) destroyed the victim’s reputation by openly pointing out the fact that the victim and the Defendant were in influence relationship.

2. The facts charged in the instant case are as follows: Article 283(1) and (b) of the Criminal Act; Article 307(1) of the same Act; and Article 283(3) and Article 312(2) of the same Act cannot be prosecuted against the victim’s express intent under Article 312(2) of the same Act.

According to the records, it can be recognized that the victim has withdrawn all the expression of intent to punish the defendant after the indictment of this case.

Therefore, all of the public prosecutions of this case are dismissed in accordance with Article 327 subparagraph 6 of the Criminal Procedure Act. It is so decided as per Disposition.
