Examining the reasoning in light of the evidence duly admitted by the court below, the court below is just in finding the Defendants guilty of all the charges of this case on the grounds as stated in its reasoning, and it did not err by failing to exhaust all necessary deliberations, or by misapprehending the relevant legal principles, contrary to what is alleged in the grounds of appeal.

In addition, there is an error of misunderstanding of facts or misunderstanding of legal principles as to joint principal offense in the judgment below.

The assertion that the facts charged in this case are not specified is not legitimate grounds for appeal, as alleged in the ground of appeal by the Defendants, or by the lower court that they were not subject to an ex officio determination.

Therefore, all appeals are dismissed. It is so decided as per Disposition by the assent of all participating Justices on the bench.
