A defendant shall be punished by imprisonment for not more than ten months.

Punishment of the crime

1. On February 19, 2009, the Defendant: (a) the victim D and E made a false statement to the victim D and E using F at a non-displacement restaurant in Yeongdeungpo-gu Seoul Metropolitan Government, Yeongdeungpo-gu, via F; (b) “The victim D and E owned a flexible mine in the Russia, and the supply contract was made to the Korean Power; (c) deliver smoke to the Korean Power; (d) settle the principal and investment profits after three months; and (d) make a false statement to the G land as security.”

However, on May 2007, the Defendant entered into a flexible coal supply contract with the Republic of Korea for 120,000 tons. However, on or around September 2008, the contract was terminated by compensating for the 60,000 tons of contract deposit, which was the one-time supply demand for the development of the Republic of Korea, and the contract was not completed. He had no record of supplying coal at the time, and he had no record of supplying coal at the time, and there was no intention or ability to reduce the profit even if he received money from the victim, since the collective security was established for the Chuncheon-si G land which had already been provided as security, and the land was no value as security.

Nevertheless, the Defendant made a false statement as above, and then acquired 20 million won from the victim E on February 10, 2009, and 30 million won from the victim D to the National Bank Account in the name of F (I) around 15:37 of the same day.

2. On July 31, 2012, the Defendant’s fraud against the victim J (mainly charged charges) holds the victim J’s J’s share in the location of the cattle, the mine, etc. in the city of Russia, and the share of 25% on the coal export wharf in the area of Russia located in Gangnam-gu Seoul, Seoul. Moreover, the Defendant may sell approximately 5,447 tons of coal at any time on the wharf of the rigrasium because of the open coal of approximately 5,47 tons. Since the funds are urgently needed in the rigly, the Defendant sells coal if he/she lends money, and sells it until November 30, 2012.
