Defendant shall be punished by a fine of KRW 500,000.

If the defendant fails to pay the above fine, 50,000 won shall be one day.

Punishment of the crime

On June 26, 2013, at around 23:40 on June 26, 2013, the Defendant assaulted the victim on the ground that the victim D(36 years of age) was under drinking alcohol and disregarding himself/herself. The Defendant assaulted the victim, i.e., he/she drinking the victim at once, booms the victim’s head on the face of the victim, booms the victim’s head, and booms him/her.
