1. The plaintiff's claim is dismissed.
2. The costs of lawsuit shall be borne by the Plaintiff.
Reasons
1. Details of the instant disposition
A. While performing work on September 12, 2002, the Plaintiff received three-class nursing fees from the Defendant for the period from May 25, 2006 to May 5, 2009, and received three-class nursing fees for the period from June 11, 2009 to February 21, 2013, from the Defendant during the medical care as an occupational accident, the Plaintiff received three-class nursing fees from the Defendant for the period from May 25, 2006 to May 5, 2009, from June 11, 2009 to February 21, 2013.
B. On April 23, 2013, the Plaintiff filed a claim with the Defendant for the payment of a third-class nursing fee from March 22, 2013 to April 23, 2013 on the grounds that the pain is severe, and that it is impossible to walk by themselves. However, on May 7, 2013, the Defendant filed a claim for the payment of a third-class nursing fee to the Defendant on the ground that the Plaintiff used his/her spouse at the time of drinking and drinking, with the confirmation that he/she assaulted his/her spouse B on February 28, 2013, and thus does not constitute a person eligible for the payment of nursing fees, and the determination of a site pay for the nursing fee for the above period from February 28, 2013 to March 21, 2013 (hereinafter “instant disposition”). The Plaintiff was dissatisfied with the request for examination, but the Plaintiff was dismissed on March 7, 2013.

2. Whether the instant disposition is lawful
A. At the time of the above assault, the Plaintiff asserted that the Plaintiff was temporarily suffering from serious pain in an imminent situation while taking about about 10 days narcotics control at the time of the above assault. At present, the Plaintiff was unable to walk due to the pain caused by the instant injury and thus, the nurse is required.
Therefore, the instant disposition is taken on a different premise.
