The sentence of sentence against the defendant shall be suspended.

Punishment of the crime

The defendant is a person who operates the Csusper in Geumcheon-gu Seoul Metropolitan Government.

No one shall sell, lend or distribute drugs harmful to juveniles to juveniles.

Nevertheless

1. At around 18:00 on May 10, 2014, the Defendant sold 4 soldiers’ disease, which is drugs harmful to juveniles, to juvenile D (n, 14 years of age), in cash, 5,200 won.

2. Around 20:00 on May 10, 2014, the Defendant sold tobacco 2 A at KRW 6,700, a kind of 1 week, which is a drug harmful to juveniles, to the said D (n, 14 years old).

1. Of concurrent crimes, the former part of Article 37, Articles 38 (1) 2 and 50 of the Criminal Act;

1. A fine not exceeding 500,000 won to be suspended;

1. Articles 70(1) and 69(2) of the Criminal Act (100,00 won per day) of the Criminal Act for the inducement of a workhouse;

1. Article 59(1) of the Criminal Act of the suspended sentence ( comprehensively considering all circumstances, including the fact that the defendant recognized the facts charged in this case and reflects on the facts charged, and that the defendant has no power to punish, except for the punishment of dual punishment three times);
