Although the Defendant is prohibited from attaching or distributing advertising leaflets describing the remaining sex of a media product harmful to juveniles at a public place via the public, at around April 29, 2013, at the front entrance of the 'Dmotour' in Busan Dong-gu, Busan, around 22:10, the Defendant attached and distributed tapes to the front door of the 'Dmotour', indicating the female sex organs on the wall of the Mamotour pole, one photographic photo, one mamotographic photo, one mamotographic photo describing the female sex organs on the wall of the Mamotour, one mamotographic, and another 'Emotoel', describing the female sex organ on the wall of the Mamotour, an advertisement electric complex, a media product harmful to juveniles with a telephone number of 6 in each photograph, and a tape on the front pole and wall of the Motour pole that have passed
