The judgment below

Examining the reasoning in light of the evidence duly admitted by the court below, the court below is just in finding the Defendants guilty of all the facts charged in this case on the grounds as stated in its reasoning. In so doing, the court below did not err by exceeding the bounds of the principle of free evaluation of evidence in violation of logical and empirical rules without exhaust all necessary deliberations, or by misapprehending the legal principles on the causal relationship between the crime of deception and the act of disposal, the amount of profit, the conspiracy of co-principal

Therefore, all appeals are dismissed. It is so decided as per Disposition by the assent of all participating Justices on the bench.
